Your wedding day is something that you cannot live more than once. And, at the end of the day, how do we look back on this important day in our lives? Photos. Investing in a photographer is one of the most important decisions of your wedding planning process. You need someone who is going to capture every moment, big and small. I intend to be that someone—the one who will capture those big moments with your significant other, but also capture those tears with your family after the ceremony. Every moment on your wedding day needs to be celebrated, and I intend to be your biggest fan.
When you receive your wedding day gallery, most of all, I want you to remember how you felt that day. I want you to get emotional looking through your photos because they truly remind you of all the little moments that happened throughout your wedding day.

THE PROCESS
STEP 1: WE SEAL THE DEAL!
After filling out my wedding contact form, I’ll get back with you within 24 hours. If, after we chat, you want to book (eeek!), I’ll send over a proposal with a contract + deposit invoice. You send in the contract and deposit and you are officially booked! I’ll send an email confirming that you’re booked and everything is good to go!
STEP 2: TIME TO TALK ENGAGEMENT SESSION
If your collection includes an engagement session or if you choose to add one on - We will plan a date and toss around location ideas! If you don’t have anywhere specific in mind, I can gladly give you some suggestions based on the look + feel you’re envisioning for your session!
STEP 3: PHOTO TIME
If we haven’t already, we finally meet in person + you get to see firsthand what it is like being photographed by me. This is the perfect opportunity to not only hang out and get to know each other even better, but also give you an idea of what exactly you can expect on your wedding day!
About 3-4 weeks later, your finished engagement session photos will be ready and a link will be sent to you.
STEP 4: LET'S TALK DETAILS!
About 4-6 weeks before your wedding, I’ll send you my online questionnaire. This gives me all the info I need to serve you as best as possible on the day of. We will plan a phone call and go over the timeline for the wedding - I’ll use the information from your questionnaire to finalize your wedding day timeline.
STEP 5: THE WEDDING DAY!
I can’t wait to celebrate with you! I will arrive early to see the venue and scope out the space to find the perfect spots for photos! First up will be the detail shots + getting ready photos, and then we will follow the rest of the wedding day timeline for the day! I usually like to try and snap some behind the scenes throughout the day, so be sure to check my Instagram (@rosinamariephotography) to see some highlights!
STEP 6: SNEAK PEEKS
Within 24-48 hours, there will be a sneak peek preview with a handful of images from your wedding to hold you over until the rest are finished!
STEP 7: *HAPPY DANCE* YOUR PHOTOS ARE DONE
Around 12-14 weeks after your wedding day, your full, finished gallery will be ready! I’ll send a link to your inbox, and you can view the gallery, download all the photos straight to your computer, share with family and friends, and even order prints and products straight from the gallery. (This is nice for family members - if there’s one specific photo they’d like, you don’t have to be responsible for getting it to them!)
